Car might go, but not always as most of the time the 2 wheelers are parked in nice numbers. No proper ventilation. Nice for short and low budget functions. Look for some thing else during summers, because there is lot of suffocation, but in winters it is okay......

1. Low budget
2. Easy to reach, know to place, a land mark in itself
3. Double floor so can be useful for 100 persons programmes
Cons.
1. No parking, if you are going buy your own vehicle, you will need to park in front of a house which is a big problem even it does not have 2 wheeler parking.
2. Bad in summer as no or very little ventilation
