★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hospital cancer patient. Pm. Jay card holder are free. Operation, medical treatment, medical tablet are free from govt. Staff, are good, doctors are very good. Hospital are neat and clean. Safai kamdar are also good.

security guards are behaving like CRPF but no need of it...
Hospital accept payment from any relative but when its a matter of refund they don't give to either of relative but they need only first line relative of patients..
They put AC off in night at Waiting area on 1st floor of B block
Patient food need to be improved

Doctors are the best.
Team members are superb.
Security staff on contract basis not so good with rural people.
Building and architecture is good.
Parking always an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are very well experienced in the hospital, the hospital has very well facilities, every surgery they do is safe in the hospital. Best surgeons of Gujarat serve noble duty here. BUT after surgery, patient care is very important, the patient may be in trauma already. My father was in ICU I got to know the nurses & even attendants were very rude because there is no relative present there. they don't even give sufficient water to the patient or they deny to give because they need to change urine containers frequently and even patient felt rude behavior during post-surgery care(everything water, food, body cleaning, and most important not using gentle language to the patient) by the nursing staff and attendants in the ICU these will affect patient's mental health and he/she will break inside. PLEASE UNDERSTAND ETHICS & RESPECTFUL PATIENT CARE AND BE KIND TO EVERY PATIENT
My humble request to the administration that make sure this never happen to any patients in the hospital. Because unethical behavior of staff never leads the hospital at its best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment was good. But the facility of parking ? was so far and they haven't put a sign to the way of parking lot.
In COVID times, they are not allowing too many people to come inside hospital and as the people are roaming outside they faced many issues like the hospital didn't arrange a facility to sit outside and haven't any washroom? publicaly.
Very bad experience with basic facilities.?

But [-1 Star] is for the parking facility. Parking area is so far from the hospital.
_
Another [-1 Star] is for the rude behavior of the security guard on the entrance gate. They don't allow even 2 people with patient. All they want is just 1 person can go with the patient. They told relatives to sit outside the gate, but there is no facility to sit. Where to sit??? Ha?? On the road?
