★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dealership ever. They treat customers like fools. While purchasing Hero HF Deluxe they were trying to sell me old used model with scratches all over and dust gathered inside and outside the vehicle. Asked for a different color and they gave different color. Looks like a second hand bike. When confronted the manager he refused to give fresh piece and washed the old bike. They wasted 4-5 hours in this despite the payment being upfront cash. Definitely will not recommend this dealership to anyone for Hero. Total disgrace in the name of Hero. Also while purchasing they promised that if we do not take accessories they will reduce the price after payment they gave third class helmet and accessories and when we asked for refund instead of accessories then the manager completely denied. It was a mistake coming to this dealership. Sales executive was a guy called Himanshu. Zero customer centricity and no service. Just a bunch of cheaters.
