★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Ekostay Tropical stay which is inside the U tan Sea Resort.
It's a cute stay nested within the city itself. Rooms were spacious. All mentioned Kitchen facilities weren't provided (microwave and utensils for induction).
Food was fine and In room facility was provided.
That was a slight bummer but the overall experience has been good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is beautiful and very scenic, best part was we were allowed to get our pet to the Resort.
They offer complimentary breakfast but they can work on it to improve the breakfast as there isnt a live counter so the omlettes were served cold.
Great staff and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, we all had a reunion of our kids at this place after 4 years. We made the bookings basis the reviews and seeing photos, shared by the manager. However, upon arriving we realized the shady workings of the place, from payments to duping guests by showing photos of villas and then giving out dormitories. Infact we were shocked to see the mere sight of the interconnecting room which looked exactly like those age old dormitories with separate 'latrines' and 'bath areas. There were almost 8 beds for a family of 4. All wrought iron beds with dirty mattresses and bed sheets. The beds made creaking sounds. The basic service expectation is that you call out the room details quite clearly either during the time of making the enquiry or while booking. No customer would dream of a connecting room to be a dormitory. And, when the group booked all at the same time. One of the so called better variants had no hot water and obviously the staff dint bother to inform. Overall, from the service quality and maintenance standpoint it's 1-star. From the property's ambience standpoint 4-star, a nice, scenic getaway from the hustle bustle of the city life. Only if it was well maintained with better quality of staff and service availability and transparency with guests, across online or offline modes of booking services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to go with family.. peaceful and nice view too. Food is a bit overpriced but the service is great . Good for a break from the daily busy schedule. Staff was also good and helpful. Clean and neat rooms too and the hygeine too is good. Rooms are spacious too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cottage or villa u can say are nice but not maintained well. If u r cleanliness freak then u won't like it that much. Food is good but everything is costly. For one night it's a costly stay.. the good part is the ambience and surroundings, I liked that.
It would be nice if they reduce the villa price, for a single night it's too costly.
All in all a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we were here to check the property and services out as because we were planning to come here with friends but definitely not coming here ever again. Springs was coming out of the Mattress in night and we complained about it they turned it upside-down they didn't even bother to change it. Bad was so bad when I woke up had a back pain. Mosquito is a big issue. Had to call 10 times to clear the dishes from balcony.
Reception literally called trice at 10:20 for check out and we informed that we will be checking out in 15 minutes even after that they send someone to the room I was changing clothes it was very rude of them and very unprofessional. After checking out we complained about sending someone to room, they start arguing but they did not had answers for their services once we asked about it.
Bottle of water was for 33 and Pepsi was for 90. Food is pricy and not worthy.
They gossip about other resorts nearby i would suggest look at your services first and then talk about others.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location with sea view. Nice rooms and you feel relaxed with cool breeze from the sea and bird chirping sound. The property is well maintained and full of greenery. Only negative is that food is expensive and added service charge and VAT blow up your bill even more. Even water is not free and was charged at Rs.33 per 1 lit bottle of bisleri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for the first time and it was a very delightful experience. The best part about U-tan is the food and location. Every single dish we had was full of taste and heavenly. Very much satisfied with the food taste and quality. The pool was clean and well maintained. The resort has sea view and the property is also beautiful. Would surely recommend.
