★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we’re just seating here from last half an hour,they told us to wait until the lunch hour is over,they gave this statement at 2:15 pm and they also told us that their lunch hour is from 2 to 2:30 and now it has been many more minutes after 2:30 and no is still on the desk to help or to cooperate in my issue.
In short bad management,bad customer regarding behaviour and many more.
Totally frustrated employees were over there. Shouting and screaming unnecessarily over customers and others. And were talking like illiterate and uneducated people at all,totally disappointed and going to close my account of your UCO bank
