I have purchased an e-loader two and half months ago and am facing issues from the beginning itself . They don’t provide proper service facility to the customers and don’t care about the customers problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just fooling around people.. Service is pathetic and their product (e-loader) is too bad. They just used low quality and low watts motors, small tires or products and charge you for the full.. I just went to them through google reviews so check before you buy. Also note that they do not have any home service or mechanic who can visit home so if your vehicle stops in between you have to get it towed to their place every time even the fault is minor. I just bought it 2 months back and regretting it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of battery pack is very bad. Needs to get the same replaced in less than 2 months of running. Service level is not to the standard. Also the electric motor comes to end of life in just 2 months. Nothing comes as far the warranty of the product is concerned. Company is cheating the customers with D graded products.
