Flats are big and spacious and I haven’t found any leakage or cracks at least in my flat. There are few issues that every new society encounters.
Overall nice place to call it home, also looking at development happening in Punawale area in coming years Emerald park is also a good investment option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house was good but we didn't buy it because it was expensive and the only inventory left was on top floor without covered parking. The construction is not mivan built in old method hence there are chances of leakage after 4-5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sales service no one is bothered to give you any updates on the progress. Even after calling the ans we get is talk to other department.
And you keep calling different people. If you have ample time to keep running after them for possession please book a flat !!! No updates from anyone after give all money and everything cleared from their own accounts......... I am following up daily but no one picks the call or no one wants to ans anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good builder construction quality. As I have seen in their previous project and ongoing projects. The location is nice, peaceful, and upcoming. Layouts are excellent. The big kitchen and Living you will not found throughout the nearest area. Each flat is fully airy and mostly occupied with the sun lights. They provided very affordable and good amenities which will not cost you too much maintenance charges in future. The Builder is very supportive and he is always ready to solve your queries. Moreover, the sales team is very caring & supportive **(especially Nikhil More)** as they think for you like they are buying their own home. I will highly recommend you to go to Emerald park❤️

There are lots of open spaces and greenery within the project.
The connectivity of the project is really good as it is located on the Mumbai Pune Highway and close to Hinjewadi.
The best part is no Waiting Period.
Surprisingly, price is also quite good considering construction quality & flats are ready possession.You have pretty good options available to choose from.
Very Good Sales team .
PRATIK is the best sales executive they have ! He is very polite,always ready to help ,and solve your queries.
