B505 owner Saurabh Shah,Uday Glorious park Akurdi,Pune-411035 Note: This information is only related to this flat. This has nothing to do with other flat owner I stayed arround 2.8 years in the society. Initially I took the flat through broker Navanath..and I paid 1 month brokerage charges and additional 4 days money also taken. Till 2.8 years owner voice was polite because he was getting ontime payment everymonth. When we vacated Flat post that he started like deduction of entire 35 K deposit without any valid and genuine reason.Flat was not even maintained in good way just normal cleanup without paint and leakages issue and tap issue was handover. Post informing to owner and broker ,who is in US never took actions to clean or enquire. Owner is only take attention about to rent so he behaved like non-responsible person so I took care of all cleaning with self arrangements. Owner will never make you a call neither broker to know like all are Good ,is any help or support required. So he is a kind of self living like. During pandemic we all know most of good owner reduced rent but Saurabh didn't,not even single time he called us. We were out in my native post oct 2020 to till aug 21, when we came back to Pune we thought of to vacate plat due to long distance travelling issue. We were not able to find flat in near to office location so it took time and but delay by 15 days to inform Saurabh also I tried to reach his US number but his number was unable to reach to inform.we also thought as human being Saurabh will not behave like unethical and unmannered way to return deposit so prior 10-15 days we informed him.but he convinced us to live in his flat but we told him in single day we have planned to leave due to distant and daily travelling issue. So total 7k Additional money was charged just because to keep Saurabh word and long term stayed with flat.so when we vacated flat post few days with self arrangements lighting,cleaning and all work was handled with Self arrangements as per his broker told to do so . Because our entire deposit was with him,so we didn't have choice to do this. Post sending the videos of clean flat to saurabh and broker navnath,navnath mentioned whatever work was pending from our side it's completed. Now it's been 6 months crossed and owner has not returned my 35 K deposit. We had beared with 5k additional payment from our own pocket to clean and Maintain flat. Only 400 rs electric bill was pending with us which I told either i can give online transfer or directly i will pay to Mahavitaran.There are two query raise which is invalid and not fit at any parameters considering also pandemic situation. 1. Yearly increased amount he is calculating now as per 3 years agreement ..so i mentioned since it was never told to us to give increased amount and never we noticed and during beginning it was discussed that we would not be able pay beyond 14k everymonth so owner and broker agreed to go give ...we understood also part of Mutual understanding And even though at year end he could have given some notifications ..we never received as such either we could have vacated or stay post discussion buy it was never happened. 2. Owner is saying as per agreement we should be informing prior 1 month..we mentioned like we were out of city during critical pandemic situation and when we returned our office location change so we had to arrange a personal which would cost 1k lumpsum each day..and we found flat near office and inform and discussed 10-15 days prior.
