★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience here, this service centre is not good , manager itself is very rude, after service of your vehicle you have to look closely and check because problem are still there, washing of vehicals is not good here, you can find the dirt under your bike, they will never clean that.
Very bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer is given the last priority here following up with service center for some part of hornet bike since last one month but didn't get the required part.Even they have part but not able to find it in their store. After so many calls and visits they not able to provide parts. Zero rating for customer satisfaction here. Waited for more than a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in 2 Wheeler service they don't do service properly of new vehicle this is my first service, of my new bike I told them to do properly but they just drain my oil and put new oil that's it and they told me my service is completed after service they took my bike for washing but when they wash they don't use detergent aur any chemical for wash they just put water pressure on my bike that's it and give me my bike when I take delivery of my bike I found all dust particles is still in my bike.
I am very disappointed?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service they are providing to their customers. I can't believe how they can serve the customer like this. I am very disappointed with their dealing towards the customer. I went there for buying engine oil for my bike ( HONDA). I waited around 45 minutes there and they told me they are not giving engine oils to outsiders. I thought if I am buying engine oil or any other parts for my bike I am giving money and it's good for honda. Probably the parts are for selling. Why they can't sale to outsiders? This is the one of the worst showroom I have seen..And the main thing is that there is one manager he is an unprofessional guy. I don't like his attitude towards the customer. How those people can become manager of an highly professional companies. Shame of you Honda????

The manager know only how to increase the money I pay 4000 rupee & service is worst not a single serving is done. I tell them check breaks they not done not check also I ride yesterday a complete day pick up is lower as compared before service the bike is vibrating not well aliment is check.
I suggest everyone not go there for service the feedback is very bad.

Rudely behave of all staff members including CRM and Service Manager.
Customer service likes tea coffee are not providing.
Third quality service centre.
One more important think that no action is taken on your request/complaint.
