★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do, don’t say “You must have a very good camera”. It all depends on the type of photography but you may say:
“You really have an eye for detail”
“It would never occur to me to look at it this way/at this angle”
“I like the play of light and shadow in this one”
“You have a way with colours”
“You are able to find something interesting in the most mundane scene”
“Their personality really comes across in your shots” (in case of people shots)
“You have a distinct style, I can always tell a shot has been taken by you”
These are all very general because I don’t know what’s there to compliment specifically in the shots of the person you want to compliment. Obviously, the more specific and personal you can get, the better. I shoot mostly very small local events and gigs in a town where there’s something musical going on every night of the week. One of the best compliments I got was “It feels like a proper event when you’re there”.

We hired Uday Khatri Photographers in July and they had an amazing promotion going on.
We offered us a second photographer for our big day, free female portrait bang and a soft photo book.
Their responses were extremely fast and when needed, they contacted me over the phone.
They have many photographers we can choose from and we have access to their portfolio as well as their introduction video.
Flexibility wise, since they have many who work for them, it is easy to find a great photographer for you date.
I definitely recommend them!
