★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ordered 3ply cartons and got such poor quality boxes that don't even stand on a table. We made payment on trust hoping the best will be deliver. Now when we are speaking to the owner he is not ready to take responsibility forget refunding the amount. We took 250 cartons which are absolutely of no use. And customer service is in negative. Event the transport person was so uncooperative and refused in any way to help us offload the cartons. In the pandemic situation, you hope to see honesty and and a willingness to work well and satisfy the customer. Here this is just the opposite.
