★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticket window operator of Parvat Patiya Junction BRTS(SURAT) station, I requested to make the ticket AT 03-11-2017 on near by 8:20 P.M of Rupali Junction
and i have paid 10 rupees for the ticket and the ticket was charged by 8 rupees only, when i ask for remaining 2 rupees, they said we don't have change and
making worst argument and even these kind of behavior also facing by ladies and more of labors also.
This group of employees are very rude, impolite, they are out of their mind and they had no sense that how to behave, how to speak in front of people and ladies.
When i told them to complaint about you, they reply me that do whatever you want to do.
FIRE IMMEDIATELY THIS KIND OF BRIBERY, RUDE, IMPOLITE AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES.
