★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place 3 times, the last visit was on 17 april 2019 wednesday i reached at 7 p.m since my grandson 5 years old had a severe pain in his ear ( it started suddenly) but to my surprise the ENT Doctor refused to examine him because it was time for him to leave probably for a private visit
I made a request to the reception to ask the doctor to suggest some medicine for the 5 year child But The Doctor refused & asked me where i live & told me to visit the next day.
It is an Institution for EMMERGANCY
Will the sudden pain in the ear should have started the NEXT DAY?
Are The Doctors to serve the mankind
Or
It is Business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Aniruddha Bose for my vertigo problem.Previously I visited several ent doctors,but did not get relief. Dr Bose listened to my problems patiently and after following his advice ,my vertigo is cured now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and uncompassionate ... I have visited today with my husband (patient). The receptionist is not helpful at all. They don't maintain the patient's registration properly. So one might face discrepancy in that. We have actually faced the problem. We had to fight for that.
Secondly, if you are checking their information on Justdial or the website, the fees is not updated. So be prepared for that too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of one dr. Kallol Das is very bad. He think himself like a most popular and good doctor of world. He can't listen Patients problem and blame to the patients. New patients will see his good behaviour but when they will be old patients, they will see the bad behaviour of him. He is not a good surgent.He denys his mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is located near the Lake Town clock tower, and is pretty easy to find.
I had a simple checkup with the ENT, Dr Kallol Das, and an audiometry. The waiting time is a bit on the longer side, but overall, no complaints regarding the service.
Take an appointment one day before going to the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic in town with bunch of unprofessional people.
They Refused to take my appointment though I was continuously telling them that its urgent my mother is not well but nothing happened .
There phone is dead and they are saying it very casually. The lady in ENT SECTION is worst , she thinks she is the doctor and can take any decisions by her own!
I don’t recommend this clinic to any one !
