★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Service hall and we saw one person struggling to take orders from 7 tables.
It took 20 minutes to catch that one guy to order food It took 30 minutes to serve south Indian meals .they took 45minutes to serve Biryani and my kid was literally crying as she did get her favourite biryani
Iam not sure whether this is the way they serve customers daily at service hall...
I thought of talking to one senior person who was serving food at self service counter..but no energy to go and talk to him and left the place.
Mostly I wouldn't visit this again ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time this was a top veg restaurant near ITPL with huge crowd of customers always. I remember waiting in this hotel to get a seat in the self service area and dine in on the first floor). Now this place is empty, few customers coming and going. Food taste is also gone very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. The Dosas are tasty. The sambar was a tad sweeter than what you would normally get here in bengaluru. But the chutney made up for that. The fried rice too was good. Has good parking slots for 4 to 5 cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food service in family hall is bad. Once you order, you cannot change even within 5 min.
Paneer kabab is best. You will love it. Muglaai biryaani is also very good.
It is mandatory to take water bottle in family hall. They don't serve normal drinking water.
They served Paneer butter masala which was too sweets. They dont accept their mistake.

I used to visit this place quite frequent for having breakfast. They have really amazing dosa and idli. Must try tea/coffee as well!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is okay okay as usual. We used to go here just because of one reason that it's close to our place. Sometimes they keep dishes in display but when we order they say that item is available after 9am and all. They haven't fixed the hand wash tap, have been noticing this past 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get your breakfast. You get all proper breakfast here. Do try their special mini breakfast meal which has Kharabath, kesaribath(sheera), One plain idli, one vad and one dosa. Also try Poori sagu if you're not much into diet, because it's a bit more oily and less healthy ?
Except for this it is a self service place, where you have both seating and standing arrangements. It's very close to the main road so won't be difficult in spotting it. Always filled with people in peak hours. Do not forget to try out their filter kaapi of you're authentic coffee lover and badam drink with less sugar.
