★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware new buyers, do not fall in the trap of low cost. Due to an impact from earthquake, the society has lost its ability to stand tall. Several measures have been taken to make its construction quality better but to not avail. Better to be safe than sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in Dwarka sector 22 which is approximately 800m away from the metro station(dwarka sector 21). You can commute to nearby places by e-rickshaw, Auto and manual rickshaw. It's a 10 storey apartment . The buildings are built in a circular form which consists of a playground in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small earthquake and the society will dissolve in the ground it is buikt upon. Also D902 mai khanna accha milta hai and the elevator are always broken so great on your health when you have to use the stairs to go on 9 th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locality is lacking proper Healthcare facilities which is of utmost importance. There weren't any electronics or cellphone service provider outlets in the area. If one has to buy SIM cards or dongle, hotspot devices, one has travel to Sector 7 to buy them. There are no hospitals around Sector-22/21 which makes it very difficult for for those falling sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society with good layout. Only 2 flats per floor, airy and full of sunlight. Cracks noticed recently were found to be superficial, no damage made. Have been repaired and society under renovation.
