★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ujjala apartment is not the place to take apartment on rent 1) No car parking for tenant 2) 2 wheeler parking is 3500 RS and for owners it is very less. 3) if u park a car outside apartment (on road) you will get surprises everyday. 4) rent is much higher than other society 5) bachelor should not prefer this apartment. 6) water timings are few hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much of water problem is their. Timing is morning 8(nearly for 25-30 mins) and evening 8.30(only for 20 mins) . If people staying here are working and timing doesn't match with that of water timing, then surely it is a biggest flaw. No water in your home then. Rent is also high.
