Ujwal International Holidays - Bengaluru

It was great experience to travel to Dubai and Sharjah from 22nd March to 28th March 2022 through Ujwal International Holidys Bengaluru. We were 33 members and Shri Shashikant of Ujwal International Travels Bengaluru accompanied and took care of us all throughout the trip.Excekent Travel Arrangements were made,Accommodation was arranged at Dubai Avenue Hotel ,Which is very good hotel.Break fast ,Lunch and Dinner were arranged to suit our needs of Vegetarians.Well executed tour.Most of us prefer Ujwal International Holidays.

Very bad travels company , they will leave in middle of new country and don't really care for you. A big no no to go with this company again. All of us who were lost were senior citizens the travels company should be really careful with group members who have medical issues like BP, sugar. Who will take responsibility if something happens to group members in a new country?? The travels company should ideally give one emergency number to all group members in case of situations like getting lost, or should give some unique identifier like a travel cap with logo etc, which will be helpful for finding group people in such a huge crowd. Else they should not take the group members to such a crowded place if not able to handle. The group handling is very poor, no people management skills. This review are true to my belief and best , please refrain from considering this travels company, as you can see they will defend themselves by criticism and only care about their company reputation and business but NOT YOUR SAFETY. To staff - if customer is giving feedback please take it positively without any offense and don't call it "FALSE ALLEGATIONS" coz I wouldn't be wasting my precious time to write such big and genuine review and have time neither will I get anything by writing this review , if you are running a travels company many such people will come and provide their feedback from their experience some are positive and some will be negative, if you expect all time a 5 star rating you can just say it to all openly during the tour but those will not really help people from facing the real issues or someone who is planning to travel next and also it will help you perform better in future. Hope this will be helpful for anyone traveling in future .

Good morning all. We 14 classmate families & senior citizens recently enjoyed Dubai tour from 22nd Mar to 28th Mar 2022 through Ujwal International Holidays & Travels Bengaluru. This is our 3rd International tour with Ujwal travels. Mr Shashikanth Owner of Ujwal trvels, has been most professional & conducts all tour meticulously & takes care of all like his own family members. We all Seniour citizen families had excellent tour with Ujwal travels. We are all happy & impressed with Shashikanth's arrangements and decided to make all our future international tours with Ujwal International Holidays only. 6 days of Dubai trip was excellent. We visited Sharjah Religious capital, Dubai, amazing Miracle garden, Golden Frame, Man made Palm beach islands, Global Village, Burj Khalifa 125th floor veiw, Palace visit, Limousine ride, Cruise Dance & Dinner, Desert ride, Camel ride, Belly dance Shopping at Gold market, Dubai Malls & Dubai Expo etc., The trip was excellently arranged. We as a group of 32, all enjoyed. One small incident happened at Dubai Expo. On 26th, as Dubai Expo is coming to end nearly 7 lakh visitors were there in Expo & we were informed to move in Group & return to Green Sustainable Gate at 9.00pm. All members visited several country pavilions like Indian, American, Isreal, French, Kuwait & many pavilions & returned promptly at 8.45pm to 9.00 pm except 3 members namely Mrs Rohini Gachinamath (who has made false damaging review), Dr Rajendra Gachinamath & his wife. As these 3 are fond of taking photos, normally they used to go seperately away from group & habitual late commers, not bothering to adhere timings set by the group. We the group of 29 Senior citizens waited up to 9.50pm Even Husband of Rohini (complainant) was waiting with us at the pre-decided Green gate. As we all had to reach Hotel for dinner before 11.00 pm we after consulting Rohini's husband, we all decided to leave for Hotel. Jagdish informed that all 3 are together & Dr Rajendra will come by Metro to Hotel & we carried Packed dinner for all 4 of them. We all were very upset with these 3. Shashikanth Travels owner stood waiting at Green gate till 12.00pm & was informing Jagadish & us about developments. Although Dr Rajendra called Hotel did not call Shashikanth. It was impossible to find any one in in Expo of 6-7 lakh visitors. They all 3 returned to Hotel by Metro before Shashikanth. It was the mistake of 3 members, even then she has complained in the website. This is wrong. We are all with Shashikanth Ujwal International Holidays Travels & are extremely happy with travel & stay arrangements. We strongly recommend to travel with Ujwal International Holidays Travels. - Chandrashekar Yallur & Shaila Yallur.

It is dream come true for some of us including me who had set out for our first ever overseas trip to Dubai conducted by Ujwal International Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. It was only on the advice of our Dharwad college friends who had wonderful experience with this travel agent in their earlier foreign trips to Srilanka, Bali etc, We joined them for trip to Dubai from 22 March to 28th March 22 spanning five nights and six days conducted by Ujwal International Pvt Ltd. We were in all about 33 persons. The arrangement with regard to our stay food and local transportation were par excellence. The tour operator Shri Shasikant and his staff were polite, considerative & courteous in their behaviour towards travelling persons. We were taken to top tourist destinations of Dubai and Sharjah. Everything was planned and executed meticulously. What makes Ujwal as high rated tour operator is their open mind approach for suggestions and advice of travelling public. We could observe during our travel time is that they firmly believe in the concept that there is always scope for improvement. It is only the customer comfort ,satisfaction & acting on feed back given by customers will take them to a greater heights. I and several of my friends believe and wish that Ujwal will have Ujwal Bhavishya in days to come in their field of hospitality& tourism. Recently undertook a tour with this travel agency to Dubai. We enjoyed the trip which was well conducted and required care was taken to see to the comforts of the tourists like stay, food and sight seeing etc. Overall happy and satisfying experience. Look forward to joining trips organised by this agency in future too.

We went to Dubai trip along with family of our college friends. Totally 33 people were the in the group. Shashikant of Ujwal International Holidays Bangalore, arranged a nice trip for us. Hotel was very nice. Arrangements of lunch, dinner and transport was excellent. Every care was taken to make our tour comfortable. The package cost was also very reasonable. Recently we undertook tour to Dubai from 22-27 March 2022 with this agency. It was really a wonderful experience with good food, nice hotel, excellent transport facilities. We went for Dubai trip from 22.03 . 22 to 28.03.22 for a 5N/6D trip. The tour was conducted very nicely. Arrangements of Hotel, lunch, dinner, site seeing was excellent. All the group members, majority were senior citizens,enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Shashikanth who took all efforts and every care of all the members and given excellent service.
