I have tried my best to reach the concerned people but you folks are misusing the excuse of security breach, and kept me waiting outside the campus
As for ethical part , we do have the documented proof , please consult .
Your team had been avoiding me for a long time .
I would like to go in details but seems it is no more a productive step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior by reception staff...they have posted job in naukri profile for CA and asked interested candidates to call at reception ..So I called and women at reception spoked so rudely with me that she is busy and cannot talk..She did even give me number of concerned HR person to talk inspite of my many requests...Top officials of company should make a note and take strict action against such unethical behavior of receptionist women...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star is also not worth but I didn't had any other option.
First of all I would like to share that if you are looking for a good working environment and growth,you don't need to be here,,you will find everything attractive in begining like if you are attending training but when you will go to floor you will came to know the reality,,if you really don't care about your health just for for it with poor salary,no fixed working hours,just come before time and go late and you are not going to get Overtime.
After joining this compnay you will find you degree and education is useless.
Choose wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company with a very bad reputation and no working ethics. The only okay part is the two days introduction training if you are joining as GET . On third day anybody can find the actual environment. Everybody is shouting on juniors and labor as they are not employees but the slaves in the company. Under my two weeks experience i have noted some major issues like
1. HR and management persons think themselves as king and they can blame you anything which even happened because of them .
2. Work timing is not fixed it can be anywhere between 9 hrs to 11 hrs with no overtime .
3. Equality here is myth caste colour gender are the topic of entertainment here.
4. Only freshers have to give respect to the senior's, expecting some respect is a crime here.
5. New recruitment held here on daily basis for both labour and engineers because the rate of employees leaving this company is extremely high under 6 six month training all thanks to the HR and management team.
6. Fun fact - under 6 to 8 months of professional training you will get to learn how to clean racks, bins, conveyor etc with efficiency and cloth , washing powder best for cleaning the same because it is the most essential part of your professional training according to HR Vipul Bhadoria. According to him this essential part of cleaning should be done by a 4 year Btech graduate but not by the house keeping provided by management.
Note - If you have enough patience to work like slaves and have no problem for doing housekeeping works and ability to listen bad words for no reason than this will be your dream company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't Go For Interview There, A lady(Sonali) took my Interview and she didn't even let me face interview with Accounts Head, just bcz i asked high Salary as per my experience and on the basis of last salary which was between salary range for the post hiring going on, HR was like, as you are jobless so, Can you join on same salary you were drawn last in you old organisation[lefting my current Organisation was my choice and if someone left company this doesn't mean he and she will join at same salary,
UKB team please let upgrade her skills how to deal and take interview,
When employee left his/her job they supposed to get atleast 20 % to 30% hike on his last salary,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I done interview in ukb sec 67 , all are well ma'am take interview and everything is ok she say for next round after lunch but, another sir came speak a person name wich is sit in personal area and they are rejected all without explain any reason my interview is very good at present in ma'am but m not selected including all those attend interview in 11 March. Ye ek reputed organization ki reality h ,they rejected u without explanation
