No resolution received... Please do not go for their services at all.. It's a big time trap... They refuse to provide numbers to complaint and say on face that they do not have a phone in their office

- People are continuously facing speed Issues since Hathway was Merged with JIO Company.
- People have cried out, left unlimited complaints to Nodal Team and still they say, "We are working on Issue"
- Hathway has broken trust of lots of people.
- Hathway ISP controls the Internet Freedom compared to Other Local Cable Internet Providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very good. But they fake their plan information. I took 50 Mbps plan but actual speed was always between 20-25 Mbps. Also I never faced downtimes so it is very good for working from home.

They will never fulfill their commitment and you will always feel cheated.
Local Office Numbers not working or not reachable or switched off.
Why not they exit the business if can't provide quality services to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using hathway since years and using the elite plan with premium charges. Quality of internet and speed has been badly affected since a year now and so does the service. Have called 10 times just to replace router, they called 4 times to confirm. Not done yet. No one cares.

That's means .......... I leave it to head quarters and nodal officers and others to reply me and the narrated public

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Hathway since last 2+ Years. The Internet goes off mostly during Thunderstorms or sometimes due to Electricity issues. Rest of the time Speed is as as per the plan opted for. I stay in Ulhasnagar 1 area.
