What is the reason behind disconnections of lights on every friday???
What is the reason for not supplying water properly??
What is the reason for disconnecting lights now n then??? When public have such questions UMC shuts its mouth! Answer us why can’t you people bring a betterment in ones life.?????? Its better not to have a government rather than such UMC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees here are loaded with work.They do not have employees to manage complaint portal neither online or offline.Putting a complain is a beginning of running from one department to other department. Employees do not get any kind of training from government.They do not understand how to solve problems or how to guide people.Employees life is horrible so we cannot expect them to solve the citizens issues .They cannot follow what is written in the constitution of India. There is huge shortage of employees in each and every department. Government has made zero investment in learning and development of employees.Bottom line is they do not know how to be accountable.Because they are not trained to take ownership.
