★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging you and they will take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Also Classes and platforms are creative and constantly changing and evolving. The coaches really care about being there for us. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely i highly recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
