Most hopeless company in terms of quality, after sale service and above all credibility. Don’t put your hard earned money in such useless product with unprofessional service staff. Team here is most arrogant and lack basic customers care, ill mannered, disgusting……. The company is largely getting a bad name only because of its one sales staff who only tells lies, very discourteous, doesn’t take calls of customers, thinks himself to be the promoter of the company and owning it. Company must seriously introspect…,

I have never seen such a disgusting company with horrible services. The sales person (Mr Pabitra Jena) is very unprofessional.He alongwith his technician took the measurement of my two kitchens of different sizes. But now the head technician after checking the materials is saying that the measurement taken was wrong and meterials received are for sme size kitchen due to which the installation is delayed.I have contacted Mr Jena several times but all his promises to solve the problem are fake. Now nobody is receiving my phone calls. I have already paid three lakhs to the company and have demolished both my kitchens since last one month and facing a lot of trouble using my bedroom as kitchen. I have tried a lot of times to contact customer care but they are also of no use.I am feeling that I have wasted my hard earned money . Please don't waste your hard earned money by dealing with this company because I think it is a fake company.

My father have earlier posted his review regarding his experience with Ultrafresh. He was requested to remove his post and they will send a technician from Kolkata who will look after the problems and rectify them. Accordingly, he had deleted his post and they sent a technician named Tarak Parmanik who visited the site and took measurement again.An additional estimate of Rs63349/- was given to him by Suman Kundu. He was told that if he pays that amount then all the damaged items will be replaced and as per the new measurement some new carcasses will be sent to him. He paid the amount and after about one month company sent him the materials. But now when they have sent a technician for installation, he is saying that these materials are of same sizes already sent to him earlier. Now there a limit of tolerance. His request to all the viewers of this post please just stay away from this company. Don't waste your hard earned money to get some steel sheets which will be scrap and of no use. These people are very unprofessional and their products are of very low quality. They take measurements but only to fool you. They have only some standard size carcasses and will send you the available size with them. If you received a wrong sized product then it will not be replaced and you have to lose your money without any fault of yours. Our kitchen has a depth of 24 inches but they have sent carcasses of 20 inches . while asking about it they are saying that they don't have carcasses of 24 inches. If that's the case, then why did you take the measurements? The sales manager Mr Pabitra Jena is very unprofessional.He alongwith his technician took the measurement twice of two of our kitchens of different sizes. But meterials received are for same size kitchen due to which the installation got delayed and the installation is also not proper. He had contacted Mr Jena several times but all his promises to solve the problem are false. Now he is not receiving any of his phone calls. He had already paid about three lakhs and fifty thousands to the company and we have demolished our kitchens since last two months and are facing a lot of troubles using our bedroom as kitchen. We tried to contact the customer care quite a few times but they are of no use. We are feeling that we have wasted our hard earned money. It's an earnest request not to waste your hard earned money by dealing with this company.
