★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider in noida.. They say something and when everything is setup speed is almost like 3g even though you opt for 100 mbps plan. Guys better go for excitel services its lil expensive but you won't regret. Reason being why im posting coz i got excitel net and the promise they made its up to the mark. Please guys don't waste your time they are the worst service provider..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service... Every month the service is down for 4-5 days... Without any reason. When you call them never receive your call after two days when they reply they say your plan expired so need to make payment.
When you send the screenshot of the payment they say they sending someone and the service is back within 5mins. This is the 7th month with same issue so I asked to give my money back and disconnect the service... They say company doesn't pay back if they do it comes in the for of cheque in around a year.
What rubbish!! Never opt them as they are the worst service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service .. every night they turn off the service and resume again in the morning after complaont and send their executive and then he comes and then says* its working, bye.* and then again issue persists.. this is a scam.. also the lady at complaint help line just disconnexts the call when you're asking something as she is not aware of anything.
