If you are looking for top notch quality Ultratech (Birla Group) though more expensive will pay a premium for that will be the right choice. If you are looking for a balance between Price and Quality Sarvani will be a middle ground. If Price is a important factor and timeliness of delivery with descent quality VNS used mostly by builders would be best. VNS also offers paylater option for customers. There are many issues with ready mix if it is diluted heavily with water or cement/sand mix is not accurate as cracks will appear after the slab is set which are very difficult and costly to fix. One can add fiber to the readymix when delivered which will reduce the chance of cracks , adding waterproofing compund is not required if fiber option is picked. There are a number of smaller players in this industry but there is not guarantee on quality or timeliness of delivery.
