Subject: Terrible condition in Uluberia SSH
This is to bring to your notice, the terrible condition of the patient's bathroom specifically, as well as the general patient area.
Our patient has been admitted here for the last few days. We are shocked at the level of dirtiness that is present in the patient areas.
As you can see from the pictures, the bathroom has not been cleaned at all, even after repeated requests from our side. The condition of the bathroom is so unhygienic that any normal person will fall sick after using it - let alone a patient.
Even the hospital are has garbage lying all over the place.
Please take necessary action so that patients have a chance to get better when they are admitted here.
