★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this parlour many a times howvever only for waxing and threading. Last month I had to get my facial done, the girl who always got my waxing done was unavailable. Another girl got it done. She did facial and bleach without getting to know my skin type to which my skin reacted badly. My face got swollen, patchy, black marks on my skill. The owner of the parlour said that after few days she will do something so that the face will become fine. Its been a month I have been following up with them, they are least bothered to call me nor have done any further treatment. Worst parlour, they are least bothered about their customers, all they know is only minting money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if it was better earlier. But, post Feb '18-mar'18 I have been to the store three times for shaving and hair cutting. There is one guy managing the male section currently. I have had my worst experiences in all my three visits.
The guy doesn't give any attention. Even a local barber is preferable to this guy at the ulwe store. Yesterday I had a hair cut, he trimmed my hair unevenly and was done in hardly 5 mins. The rate per hair cut is 160/-. I don't know what made me visit the store 3 times. Due to lack of proper salons in this area .But, please visit the store at your own risk ( I mean the male clients)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today for a hair cut today and i got the worst hair cut after 2 years. They charge 160 for it and it's simply not worth it. I dont know why l'oreal has fallen so low. Aaj kal koi bi dukan khol deta hai l'oreal ka tag dalke
