I called to hospital landline and requested operator that "please give me extention of 10 mnts time due to in traffic and was on the way with emergency case" but she told me clearly NO that doctor is not attend after 7:00pm it's very rudely answer by her
we can call in Gujarati (CHAI KARTA KITLI GARAM) But maybe doctor inform her we don't know that
what ever the reason but this hospital is not attending to the client after working hour in any situation
We are giving money and they are doing like this it's very poor services by them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic hospital and services. I called late night 1 PM coz my daughter is suffering from very bad fever and the lady who picked up the phone told to give some paracetamol told to call her after 1 hour. I had given them call for an emergency and the worst part after 1 hour no one is picking the phone and even worst they just engage that phone too.
I don't know weather they don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualified, cheerful and friendly Doctor. Always ready to guide you. It takes lot of waiting time to get your turn for consultation. Sometime it goes up to 2- 3 hrs. But for kids small slider and see-saw are there or one can watch cartoon on tv screen. Better to take prior appointment for consultation. Same day appointment is not available. Every morning 9 to 9:30 am appointment is given for next day. 10 appointments for morning and 10 for evening. No evening OPD on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well experienced Doctor. Talks specific and too the point. Happy with the consultation.
But one point on fees which is not good and want him to think over.
Kids require Doctors consultation and fees taken 800 Rs is higher. Even if we do not visit for a period of three months. This needs to be thought as this very high for any family.
