★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been staying in one of their properties, and my experience has been full of anxiety so far. The material used by them is of such low quality that within two years of our stay half of the roads have caved, basements are flooded throughout the year, termites eating up our walls, seepage, among many other issues. It was a complete waste of money. Plus also effecting our mental health. I would not recommend buying any property build by them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Services... Company does not cares or bothers for customer. Company goal is to make money by all means. Winter hills sector -77, Gurgaon no construction work is going at site from last 5 months and no update or reply is received from builder.
People living in there Monsoon breeze, sector 78, Gurgaon property are already suffering due to poor quality of construction and even maintenance is not being handed over to local RWA as builder aim is make money without doing any maintenance.
Fraud case, lot of cases have filed against builder still no sign of improvement. In my suggestion. No one should buy winter hills property even if they offer you for free as this company is not at all reliable even construction quality is not good.
