★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed there for around 5 months (February 2020 to June 2020) in my maternal uncle's house. I like the apartment and it's services like switching on generator soon after cut-off of power supply, security gaurd's allowing outsiders after entry using an app. One service I didn't liked then was the lift was not automatic and not functioning properly sometimes. Don't know what's it's current condition.
