★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero or half stars if google allowed. Most pathetic service. Have given them written complaint thrice and also online complaint. No follow up has been given. Routine power cuts and no maintenance. Staff service is also poor and no proper answer is ever given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Electricity Board Ever. This guys dont have a proper maintenance team to carry out the maintenance for a single problem. I registered a complaint yesterday evening (i.e. No power at my house) and they said a maintenance guy will be with u tommorrow morning. But no one came. Than I visited the DGVCL Office regarding my problem, and the guy seating in the complaint dept. said all the maintenance people are out for work and will be with you when the work is done and than I looked at the list of complaints that he received. I was shocked to see the complaint list was almost 2 pages long and my registered complaint was on the 2nd page. I know its monsoon season they have a lot of work but I guess these guys dont know anything abt pre-monsoon maintenance.
