★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly poor service. I had to visit this place twice, both times i was turned down on an inconsequential technicality (the photograph was stamped slightly off center). I was rudely told that it would not be considered and that I should "take it up with the government" if I had a problem with that. It seems like the proprietor believes themselves to have authority over the people they are meant to help.
