★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this service provider we have LG semi loaded washing machine and it has knob issue of drain and my wife call to him and he charged Rs.100 as visiting charges and Rs.50 for knob button (It have hardly cost of 10 to 20 Rupees) and also my wife told him that spinner make noisy sound while in use and he told that their is issue on spinner motor and it will take around Rs.600 for serving the same and then we deny to do.After some day spinner did not work and my wife call him again now,he says that motor is short and need to replace and he charge total Rs.1800/- for the same (Rs.100 visiting charge, assemble motor without any company label Rs.1200 with 3 month warranty and Rs.500 for some buffer fitting and all ) ( Buffer will have cost hardly Rs.50 ).we don't have issue with what he charges but when i talk with him on call and ask about motor and warranty then he react like very rude and even he told me that i don't have answer for whatever you are asking..i mean what..this is way to talk with customer.if you are providing service then you must have to answer politely and customer have every right to know about whatever you providing as per Laws. i don't like his attitude and manage some ethics as service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Godrej refrigerator was not working. Umiya refrigerator told PCB circuit not working and quoted 2500 for replacement. One day later, they called that motor is also damaged and additional 2500 will be charged. We denied and logged call with Godrej and got PCB changed only in 1500. There was no problem in Motor.
