They will not tell you few things and when you will know, your money will be lost.... we have already lost our initial 2000 rs and even after escalating to seniors in this organization, they did not do anything even no response came.... so take a known decision if you are looking for their services...poor customer care service, no any replay

Sometimes if issue comes then there is their support team which give some solution . They are friendly and provide us with the possible resolution even if we are offline.
Great unicommerce team.

After raising lot of complaints I have been assigned a dedicated account manager and also a whatsapp group has been created where i can raise my issues for immediate resolution and So far the service experience is decent

Worst Customer Service.The only point of contact is chat support you wont get support when you actually need it. They would contact you after the orders get breached and the chat support are always in a rush to close your ticket. They would respond in 2 hours and close ticker within 2 minutes. We are using Unicommerce for 4 years now, and main purpose is inventory sync, but most of the time they are not able to manage the inventory sync properly and they would then ask you to get in touch with the E-commerce channel, and still charge us Rs 5/Order. When they cant fix their own system they would point fingers towards the channel and wash their hands off.
And i wonder why all the positive reviews here are from the staff?

Problems I faced:
1. No call support (You have to chat with robots who don't understand you)
2. They charge you too high
3. No proper training
4. My sales manager Ashis doesn't pick call. He takes 2-3 months to fix my issue
5. I stopped using this software and all the money in wallet was deducted. They refused to pay me back.
6. I had to pay them again to reactivate my account. They charged me again and once they receive money, they don't respond to you.
My recommendation:
1. Ask them to provide free service for 1 month and then pay them
2. Take call support number. Don't agree for chat or email. They will not respond to you.
3. Take basic service and try first (My sales manager was not good. He tried to make money as much as possible from me and in return no equal service)
4. Try other competitors and select which is suitable for you.
