★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is located inside the commodity exchange building in the APMC market. this branch mainly handles the turbhe sanpada industrial belt. This branch handles all types of facilities being mainly credit and lending as well as Forex transactions. The bank is owned by the Govt of India and therefore the speed of transactions is slower compared to private banks. The bank is not easily located or spotted from the road. The branch is inside the complex and therefore not easily accessible. Also parking is an issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in the town can’t even open a account easily. Says 2 days to open a account and after that they will give a reason that their servers are down and staff is less. Very slow working staff and always talking with their own staff instead of giving service to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am union bank account holder from 10 years. recently I had transferred my account from ghodbunder road to apmc due to address change of my residence.On 18th of Nov 2020 I had submitted the kyc form. For new passbook I had visited on 20 Nov there was new lady staff sitting on that seat when I asked her for passbook she asked me kisko diya tha sir ko diya hai toh sir chutti mai gaye hai aap monday(23 Nov) ko aayiye.Today on 24 nov I had visited to bank same lady staff says aapka submitted form mil nhi raha hai sir ne kaha rakha hai pata nhi aap firse form Barke dijiye. Today I had submitted form again she said aapka kaam 2 din mai hoga.Lets see 2 dinke baad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Had issued debit card which was not linking to some of my online ID’s. So issued a new one later. It’s 4 months now. Visited the branch 5-6 times. At last they say to call the customer service. I called them and they told me there is no card issued on my name. I wish there was a “0” star option too.
