β β β β β To-day I visited this branch(Union Bank of India Rajapul east boring canal road Patna.) to invest in scsc. It took about four hours to get my pass book . I presented the application with all documents at 11:30 AM and finally got the pass book at 3:30 PM. When I asked about this inordinate delay the branch manager intrvened. He was very arrogant and started justify the delay comparing the services of BSNL and other gvt. Departments. I surprised to see the behaviour of the incharge of the bank e.i Branch Manager towards customer. This was a very sad and hard experiece for me.
