★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible branch with ill-mannered staff, they take 45 mins lunch break and close the bank's gate completely during that, not even allowing customers to sit inside the branch who have to wait outside under sun or rain.
Withdrawing my money and changing my bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities of Union Bank of India needs a lot of up gradation. It is not at all according to the strolling city of Zirakpur. They never have enough cash when we go for cheque withdrawal and twive we had to visit again the same morning evening to get the work done. May be I change the bank account soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care service. I had my branch to be changed from sector 40 to zirakpur. Sector 40 branch people were so helpful and communicated that you did not have to come all the way from zirakpur to secotr 40 chd for this. Just fill the form and submit that in branch. But when i reached here, the person sitting here simply refused to comply and asked me to submit it there. When i confronted then he refused to talk and asked me to talk to manager. The manager was very cooperative and told me that they will do it and just forget about this guy..
p.s this is why we need privatization in banking.
