Even if you applied for a new atm card you have to wait more than one hour for information about your atm card
They have lot of excuse, they don't like listen to you

It's been more than 8 months I have been asking them how to block my atm ATM card I want to have a new one, old one is not working properly. All they have to say is call the toll free number and block the card, and when I call on that number, no response! Been trying to call the bank's number, no response!! What kind of service is this? You all are just making things more difficult for us and nothing else.
