The lady named Mousumi behave very rudely with their customers.Though the manager is good & try to help customers but that lady doesn't willing to help customers moreover behave very rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady beside the Cash counter has a very bad behaviour. She thinks she is the Boss. The bank officials must remember that the banks are running only because of their customers. And if they behave rudely with customers, then nobody will be interested to continue with the bank. The branch manager is too good and is always ready to help customers. But it's my suggestion to the people that you never visit the old disgusting lady beside the Cash Counter. She will behave in such a way that you will feel very angry.
