5 to 7 days for cheque clearing,now a days.in which bank do all these things happen now a days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one off the staff at union bank Amberpet branch hyderabad speaking rudily with customers" i raise a request to change address with all documents after 5days i went and asked to print new address in passbook one of the staff she said while issuing new passbook on that day only you have to take new pass book mam.she given free suggestion like this "how i know i will change house after 2yrs in this pedamic situation i raise a request to change address they are giving free suggestions to customers. Bank taking the charges for address change and issuing new passboook with customers. How bank staff will say like that. ......it is the way to speak with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NRI/NRE accounts and Your customer service has been pathetic. You could not resolve the one otp and transaction password issue for me. I am closing all my accounts as soon as I am in India next time. I was happy with Andra Bank but You guys messed my online access after merger.
