★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, had gone to update my mobile number but still hasn't happened yet it's been a month now, as I'm a employee too somewhere else so, I don't get time to visit the bank, but every time because of this issues i have to take a leave and go to the bank just to know about the status .....but still the update hasn't taken place.... the worst bank experience ever. and also the worst staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience in Union bank of India Kalbadevi branch. I was there for NRE Account closure and was sent to Mr. Shambu. He is so arrogant and dont even have manners to talk. Being a bank representative he has no etiquette and manner to handle NRE customer. There is no one to even ask or guide to the right counter. Every staff is busy chit chatting with each other. I would never recommend anyone to go for Union Bank Account in Kalbadevi branch. Worst customer service experience.
