★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Union Bank of India, Madan Mahal branch, Jabalpur is a nice Bank. I am operating my Pension Savings Bank Account sine last six years with this branch.
Although, the customer service is satisfactory but not getting SMS regularly for credit of Pension. Yes, I get SMS alerts for other type of debits and credits time to time (occasionally pension credits too!). Many of my pensioner colleges are facing the same problem. When a pensioner does not get SMS for his pension credits he becomes a worried senior citizen and in turn, rushs to the bank unnecessarily.
This is not a complaint, but a request to a good bank to please look in to the above matter, rectify the problem and make sure that pension credits SMS must be sent.
The Bank and staff is good hence deserves 4 stars!
