Software always has problem
ATM don't work when we need them
Call centre takes your entire day just to reach them
If you close your FD it takes 48 working hours to get your money back ..and if it's a Saturday or Sunday u are gone
Internet banking some function work on Chrome ,some on Firefox
Number provided for samachar branch is phone kept on silent mode no one picks them
When your problems are general problem suffered by all the bank customers bank
is not in good hands
( My remarks are as per my personal experience and solely referred to my challange with bank )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regional office of Union bank of India. There is canteen in the third floor.it is open for public. This building is adjacent to bombay stock exchange. The ground floor consists of ATM and branch. Security check is required to go to canteen. Subsidised food only for staff
