Even during lockdown when we cannot reach the branch there is no one receiving call since last 20 days i have been calling as the bank had frozen my account and all efts are getting rejected
Pathetic as always union bank you are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Union Bank most staff attitude is seriously very BAD. Not helpful people. On visit to bank, it looks like the Bank has done a favor by opening and operating account with them. Seriously choose any other bank especially ICICI OR HDFC, they are more prompt in their service and very promising staff. Most of my family members have closed with UNION BANK and shifted to ICICI BANK LTD. The ICICI Bank makes you feel valued customer and thier staff response is awesome and thier IMobile banking app has so many options that my most activities are honestly done at home at one single click. I am very happy and satisfied with ICICI BANK LTD. UNION BANK IMPRESSION WITH ME HAS STRONG BAD EMOTIONS ATTACHED WITH BAD EXPERIENCED WITH THEM ABOUT THEIR SERVICES.

Services of union bank is always good. previously I have account in icici bank but they are charging very much for their bad services as I am having account in UBI also it run my account so smoothly no need to open account in any other bank
Staff is also very helpful also Umobile app is having all the facility
