★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At my location the branch is without any contact no for any small enquiry you have to go to branch this is since almost last 1 year. The branch is always with less staff so don't expect much more service finally they are also human?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worst staff working here.from last may 2020 I have asked for a new passbook for epfo claim purpose,but they just tell me to visit next week.whenever I visit the bank.all the time they give foolish reasons like internet is not working.no staff to print passbook.very bad experience with Union Bank I have two accounts in in Mumbai wadala and one in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even 1 star should not be given to this bank.Staff doesn't have manners.Banking service is bogus. I visited bank for account opening 3 times still they didn't cooperate. Finally decided to open account in another Branch at Pune.Staff even doesn't listen to their manager..shame
