★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, their internet banking is just horrible and so painful, the customer care toll free number just does not give you the right options. For example, it says dial 2 to generate new phone banking code and there is no code provided via sms or email and next step they ask you for the code. How can one provide new code when he does not know what it is. If ever there is credit received on your account, there is no sms or email service to intimate customer about it. Bank has taken all details but just does not give you the right information you need to know what happening on your account. It's really a big shame and extremely depressing that such a big name in banking and such poor and unprofessional service.
