★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to withdraw Rs. 500 from Union bank of india, 8th main road, M. C. Layout, vijayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560040. When i entered pin, power got cut and i didn't get 500 rs. When i asked security, he told me wait for sometime power may come back. Then i waited for sometime power came but no money. I went to bank which is in first floor and gave complaint to put back my money and also told to put power backup for the atm. The lady in the bank to whom i submitted the complaint looked at me so strangely as if she don't proceed with this complaint. This incident happened on 13th August 2021 friday morning. Till now i haven't received my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid this branch...I went there to transfer my bank account from Pune.....The lady sitting in front desk doesn’t even have basic courtesy to respond and always busy with phone....She don't know anything about banking process...She told that I have to go to Pune to home branch to transfer here... I wonder how she is working without basic knowledge and creating unnecessary trouble to customers..
Then I went to another branch they transferred it with just by submitting an application and KYC.

Earlier when the manager was a lady, she was good with interacting the customers and also with the process. Now after the new manager has arrived who doesn't even know the regional language properly doesn't know to communicate well. He is very rude to most of the customers and polite for those when in good mood. It's about interaction with the customers, not the mood that matters for us. Kindly change the manager for this location. The old manager was very much suited for this job than the present harsh and rude manager.
