★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Whenever I came here every time the staff says server is not working. Every time same issue about server and staffs are very rude they can't even solve any kind of issues. I think I have to close my account due to staffs behavior and some other issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. The staff does not know the basic facts. You will get different answers from different counters within the 6 counters of the branch. Moreover they have no etiquettes talking to the customers. A customer was locked in the locker room from outside. When he asked why it was done. The security started shouting on the customer. Even the cashier throws money to the customer while withdrawing. So overall the staff is not eligible to work and they have no idea how to deal with customers.
My worst banking experience.
I am finally closing my bank account here.
