★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother and mother has saving bank account with Nagpur wadi br mandate either or surviviour . My mother expired in 2016 . There after my brother was using account regularly. Now he want to close account. Manager informed that " why it was not informed to bank " immidietly." Secondly, he asked to produce death certificate , he had advised to add submit it by self attesting by person whose name is in death certificate. Then he told he had to send the claim along with form to regional office. I contacted regional office, but no answer got for these practice. Balance in account is Rs 1500.00.
