★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lazy staff. I hate to say that i have an account at this branch. These people didnt even pass my account opening form to next process after one month until i had to go there visit and ask about its status. Then they told me to search the form by myself in their cabin & give it by myself to another desk there. Then my account opened after a week. Later i filled the form for ATM card, at 30th dec 2021 and they said youll get it mailed at your home address. After more than one month i still havent got it. I have to visit bank again & again until they process it. Every person there tells you different things about a process. This is the worst bank branch ive ever seen. Also they talk very rudely when i ask any query, or i do a mistake in any kind of details filling in money depositing forms. They must talk nicely to customers & IMPROVE services. Its literally annoying that they dont process any of your requests until after months you wait and get fed up and then visit them in the branch. My worst experience ever
