*They are so punctual that the closing time of Bank is 3:30p.m. But they closed the counter by 3:29p.m.

They will never complete your task in one time. They will call you again and again for your own hard earned money. That's why people think it's very crowded and busy place.
Of course when they call every person 10 times for a small task then it will remain crowded.
